Dr. Gillian Chisholm is the Medical Director of Reproductive Solutions. She is an obstetrician and gynaecologist whom has been a women’s health physician for 17 years, having pursued both undergraduate and post graduate training at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Dr Chisholm is currently a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She is also a registered member of the Jamaica Medical Council.
Dr Chisholm has practiced medicine with specific interest in Women’s Health for many years and has been employed at Cornwall Regional, Spanish Town, Savanna La Mar, and University hospitals in Jamaica. She has been in private practice for 13 years with a specific interest in Infertility for 8 years. She decided to specialise in fertility treatments after her own problems with fertility, and a life altering event in 2008; Reproductive Solutions was born in 2009. In that time she found that infertility was not being taken very seriously, and that many couples were not being properly advised and counselled. At Reproductive Solutions, we are concerned about the whole patient, males and females.
The best part of the job is that positive pregnancy test and the heart beating on the first ultrasound……..always awesome.
